Our Terms and conditions
- Prestige VIP Service shall not be held responsible for any delays or cancellations from any airline, public transport, and/or traveller’s private transport.
- It is the Traveller’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport and the necessary travel documentation on arrival, departures or flight connections.
- Prestige VIP Service reserves the right to charge an admin fee of £50 for any late bookings made within 24 hours of any scheduled flight arrival, departure and/or connection.
- Prestige VIP Service reserves the right to charge a fee of £50 for any service booked during bank or public holidays.
- Prestige VIP Service prices may be subject to change, regular updates and news letters to be sent to our existing clients or services already booked prior to any scheduled flights.
- Any cancellations made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in full.
- Any cancellations made within 24 hours of flight arrival, departure and/or transfer times will be charged at 50% of the full service rate, we reserve the right to charge the full agreed rate for any "No Show" service.
- Any amendments to booking date or time, with the exception of cancellation, made within 24 hours of original booking date or time will incur an admin fee of £50. No admin fee will be charged for any amendments made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice given.
- FastTrack service operating hours are subject to each terminal’s operational restrictions, and is only offered when and where available.
- It is the Traveller’s full responsibility to ensure that a valid contact mobile number is supplied to Prestige VIP Service agents, we shall not be held responsible for a no show or if no contact is made between the Traveller and the Prestige VIP Service agent, our staff will not take calls in some restricted zones security areas within the terminals.
- In the event where bookings are changed, cancelled or amended, it is the Traveller’s responsibility to ensure that our Prestige VIP Service office is informed either by telephone or email. Our details can be found on the contact Us page.
- It is the Traveller’s responsibility to ensure that the information entered at the time of booking is correct. Prestige VIP Service shall not be held responsible for any incorrect information entered at the time of booking i.e. Traveller’s full name, flight numbers, flight time, date of travel, etc.
- Prestige VIP Service shall not be held responsible for the Traveller arriving late to the airport or denied check in or boarding from the airline operators.
- Prestige VIP Service grand total of liability shall not exceed the grand total amount paid for the booking.
- Prestige VIP Service agents are not insured to carry any traveller’s luggage or any hand luggage, service porter agents are available and can be arranged to pre-book via Prestige VIP Service at an extra costs. Please request a quote prior to making a booking.
- Prices quoted are inclusive of UK VAT.
